The Citizen Response Management Portal provides a complaint system that is based on GIS.
Kommune was conceived when a central Ministry wanted to seek all kinds of citizens reactions across all National Highways, as well as constituents of Transport and Automobile domains which could then be addressed by the relevant offices situated across India. This had to be a 24/7/365 operation spanning all major languages of India, across Print, Web, Blogs, Twitter, YouTube and News TV channels. We have hosted this through an API on the NIC cloud.
All complaints are tracked and the official responsible is alerted immediately. This system is GIS based, to avoid irrelevant information for the others. The entire country is GIS mapped.
